Our stay was marred by several issues, primarily with the room conditions and noisy renovations that made for a less than relaxing experience. While the staff were courteous and did their best to help, the lack of proper communication about construction work was frustrating. Despite these downsides, the facilities like the pools were enjoyable. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations given the price we paid.
